Warwick have showrooms in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington. They invite the public to come, view and feel their fabrics to select their choice.

If you are not able to visit any of these showrooms, alternately you can request online for up to 7 free cutting samples from the above range, delivered to your home.
Shipping & Returns
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
It generally takes about 3-4 weeks depending on the availability of the fabric you have selected. We can confirm delivery times once a fabric has been selected.
DO YOU SHIP ALL OVER NEW ZEALAND?
Yes, we send headboards all over New Zealand. We have sent headboards to the bottom of the South Island and up above North Island. You will be notified when the headboard has been dispatched along with a Delivery reference number.
Please check with us for rural addresses delivery before buying, as some addresses may not qualify for delivery. ) THE DELIVERY PROCESS
Upon confirming an order, your headboard should arrive in 3-4 weeks. Expect longer delivery times over holiday periods. We will contact you by email when your headboard is dispatched so you can expect delivery. If there are any delays with manufacturing we will contact you. If the delivery time does not suit please inform Kiwi Decors so we can make alternative arrangements.
Delivery normally takes 2-3 working days North Island and 2-4 days South Island.
For larger headboards the driver will contact you (on the contact number agreed upon) prior to delivery to confirm this. We recommend you contact the delivery company prior to delivery if you have any concerns.
VERY IMPORTANT: When you receive the headboard, please check it all to ensure that the packaging is not damaged in any way before signing the delivery receipt. It is important you do this while the carrier is still present if possible. If the item is damaged inform the driver and record this on the delivery receipt or electronic signature receipt. The freight company is not liable for damage if you sign for the goods with out noting the damage.
RETURNS
Please note that custom made products do not quality for any returns due to change of mind.
If there is any damage during transit or if you find any manufacturing defect, we will make sure to rectify it or replace it by arranging pick up and deliver again on our cost.
However we have strict quality control methods and defective products don't leave the factory.
We are committed to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
Terms & Conditions
ORDERING YOUR HEADBOARD
All orders can be made online or by email correspondence. Once an order has been placed you have 3 days to cancel the order before production begins on your custom made furniture. We can not accept returns unless the headboard is damaged as a result of a manufacturers defect or you have been sent the incorrect goods.
CONSUMERS GUARANTEE
We pride ourselves on the quality of our furniture. We will always ensure your rights are met under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Your headboard has a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Your fabric is protected by the Warwick fabrics guarantee to replace any fabric which is found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect and which has been used in accordance with our performance ratings and care instructions. Fabrics supplied by you are not guaranteed by Kiwi Decors.
EMAIL
It is the policy of Kiwi Decors to send our members emails throughout the purchasing process and other Newsletter emails they elect to receive. Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list upon the member's request. In addition, Kiwi Decors will send out promotional material to its Newsletters subscribers promoting material related to Kiwi Decors.
CONTROL OF YOUR PASSWORD
You are responsible for all actions taken with your user name, email address and password. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Kiwi Decors password to any third parties. If you choose to share your user name, email address and password or your information with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with this information and therefore you should review that third party's privacy policy.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We use Stripe to protect the security of your personal information, including credit card information.
Your credit card details do not get processed or transmitted through or via Kiwi Decors website; all transactions are processed through a secure payment service provider. Kiwi Decors uses Stripe to provide this service. Stripe hosts and manages the payment page. All transaction sessions are stored and processed in encrypted strings.
Your credit card details are not held by Kiwi Decors and cannot be accessed by Kiwi Decors staff.
